This data is forwarded by email to Anovator via the Postmark mail service and is securely encrypted in the website database so that we can follow up on your message or retrieve it in case of technical issues. No visitor data is otherwise stored in the CMS.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- To contact you in response to your message or request
- To carry out our services
- To improve and secure the operation of our website
The processing is based on:
- Consent (when submitting the contact form)
- Legitimate interest (being able to respond to inquiries and inform potential clients)

- A maximum of 12 months after handling your message
- Longer only if legally required (e.g., for quotations or assignments)
